Islamabad, November 2, 2026: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday issued the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) 2026, featuring taxpayers who filed their income tax returns for tax year 2026 by October 31. According to the latest list, more than 8 million taxpayers submitted their income tax returns, marking a record number of filers by the deadline. The original return filing deadline for tax year 2026 was September 30, 2026. However, the FBR subsequently extended the date to October 15 and then October 31 to facilitate taxpayers.
