The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Hyderabad has posted an 18% increase in provisional net revenue collection during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, highlighting stronger tax receipts during the period. According to the latest figures, RTO Hyderabad collected Rs28.788 billion during the first quarter, compared with Rs24.373 billion recorded during the same period of FY2025-26. The latest collection represents an increase of Rs4.415 billion year-on-year. The performance reflects the efforts of officers and staff at the regional tax office to improve revenue collection and strengthen tax compliance across the jurisdiction. September Collection Also Rises RTO Hyderabad also reported strong growth during September 2026. The office collected a provisional net amount of Rs12.009 billion during the month, compared with Rs10.093 billion in September 2025. The September collection therefore registered an 18% year-on-year increase, contributing significantly to the overall first-quarter revenue performance.
