Definitions.- In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context - (47B) Real Estate Investment Trust Management Company (RMC) means RMC as defined under the Real Estate Investment Trust Regulations, 2015; _________________________________________________________________ The following amendments were made vide Finance Act, 2015, dated 29-06-2015.
