REGISTRATION

From: 2023-09-01 - To: 0000-00-00 25. Suspension of registration: (1) Subject to sub-section (3),- (a) the 1[Board or any officer of the SRB, authorized by the Board in this behalf,] may suspend the registration of a person if it believes that the person- (i) is not entitled to be registered; or (ii) has failed to comply with its obligations under this Act; and (b) the suspension of registration shall be effected by removing the name of the person from the list of registered persons published on the Board’s web site.
