REGISTRATION

De-registration: (1) The Board or any officer of the SRB, authorized in this behalf, may subject to the rules, de-register a registered person or such class of registered persons not required to be registered under this Act. (2) Where any person registered under this Act believes that he does not satisfy the requirements for registration in section 24, he may, in the manner and mode provided in the rules, make an application to the Board 1[or any officer of the SRB, authorized by the Board in this behalf,] to be de-registered.
