At the time of omission section 196-K were as under: 196K Indirect Taxes Settlement Commission.- (1) The Federal Government shall appoint an Indirect Taxes Settlement Commission to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on it under this Chapter. (2) The Commission shall consist of a Chairman and as many members as may be necessary, and shall function within the Division of the Federal Government dealing with revenue.
