CHAPTER-XIV-B

ELECTRONIC MONITORING, TRACKING AND TRACING OF SPECIFIED GOODS AND LICENSING 2[THEREOF] SUB-CHAPTER 2 LICENSING

From: 2023-12-07 - To: 0000-00-00 150ZM. Procedure for grant of a licence.- (1) On receipt of an application for grant of licence in the Board, the licensing committee shall evaluate it. (2) The licensing committee may also fix a date for a hearing to be attended by the applicant for the purposes of evaluation of the application submitted under sub-rule (1). (3) The licensing committee may also carry out visits and physical inspections to ascertain eligibility of the applicant for licensing under these rules. (4) The applicant shall be required to give practical demonstration of the technological solution offered for licensing. (5) The licensing committee shall send its recommendations to the Board within thirty days from the date of submission of the application.
