ELECTRONIC MONITORING, TRACKING AND TRACING OF SPECIFIED GOODS AND LICENSING THEREOF SUB-CHAPTER 5 FEE AND CHARGES

Revision or alteration of fee and charges.- (1) The fee and charges determined in accordance with rule 150ZQH shall not be revised or altered in normal circumstances during the duration of the license. (2) In cases where the basis of such determination has undergone significant and material change or where major economic disruption has occurred, the licensee may file a petition before the licensing committee accordingly to revise or alter the determined fee or charges.
