No. -k                                  Islamabad, the 20th  August 2026 The Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Large Taxpayers Office Lahore Subject:- MONITORING OF MANUFACTURING UNITS UNDER SECTION 40B OF THE SALES TAX ACT. 1990 AND SECTION 45(2) OF THE FEDERAL EXCISE ACT 2005 I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that in supersession of Board's order  dated 21-07-2026 and subsequent replacement orders, the Federal Board of Revenue, in exercise of powers conferred under section 40B of the Sales Tax Act 1990 and section 45(2) of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, is pleased to post the following officers of Inland Revenue mentioned in column (4) of the table below, corresponding to the business premises mentioned against their names to monitor production and sale of goods and the stock position.
