NOTIFICATION   S.R.O.1031(I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 169 of the Securities Act, 2015 (III of 2015), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan hereby makes the following amendment to the Central Depositories (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016, the same having been previously published in the official Gazette vide S.R.O. 658 (I)/2026  dated 15th  April, 2026 and were placed on its website as required under sub-section (4) of the said section 169, namely:- AMENDMENT In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 8, in sub-regulation 3, in clause (b),-   for the words “twenty percent” the word “twenty five percent” shall be substituted;  for the semi-colon at the end, a colon shall be substituted and thereafter…
