APPOINTMEN OF CERTAIN COMMISSIONERS OF INLAND REVENUE (APPEALS) TO EXERCISE THE POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMISSIONER I NLAND REVENUE(APPEALS) Notification No. S.R.O. 1003(I)/2009, dated 20th November, 2009:- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, sections 30 and 31 of Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue, in modification of its earlier notifications/orders on the subject, is pleased to appoint the following Commissioners of Inland Revenue(Appeals) specified in column(2) of the Table below and to direct that they shall exercise the powers and functions of the Commissioner Inland Revenue(Appeals) in respect of cases falling within the jurisdiction of the respective Large Taxpayers Units or the Regional Tax Offices as specified in column(3):-- ____________________________________________________________________________ 1 2 3 ____________________________________________________________________________ 1.
