SROS: No. PRA/Orders.06/2021/241, Dated:24th November, 2022 Amendments in the Punjab Sales Tax on Services (Recovery) Rules 2012 GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY Dated:24th November, 2022 NOTIFICATION No. PRA/Orders.06/2021/241.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 76 of the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act 2012 (XLII of 2012), the Punjab Revenue Authority, with the approval of the Government, is pleased to make following amendments in the Punjab Sales Tax on Services (Recovery) Rules 2012, with immediate effect: AMENDMENTS In the Punjab Sales Tax on Services (Recovery) Rules 2012: 1. In rule 12, full stop at the end shall be substituted by a colon and thereafter the following proviso shall be added: "Provided that the notice shall contain complete detail of all the decisions, judgments and orders made against the defaulter.". 2. In rule 13, full stop at the end shall be substituted by a colon and thereafter the following proviso shall be added: "Provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, no attachment order of any property, including bank account or order of sealing of business premises shall be made by any officer without prior approval of the Chairperson.".
