July 20.2022 NOTIFICATION (Balochistan Sales Tax on Services) No. BRA/HQ/407/2022.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services Act, 2015, the Balochistan Revenue Authority, with the prior approval of the Provincial Cabinet, vide letter No. S(CAB) 1-627/2021/S GAD/7215-60 dated, 12th April, 2022, is pleased to exempt Washerman Barber contractors of Pak Army from the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services (BSTS).
