SROS: No. SRB-3-4/07/2022, Karachi, the 1st March, 2022 Amendments in notification No. SRB-3-4/23/2021 dated 13th July, 2021 GOVERNMENT OF SINDH SINDH REVENUE BOARD Karachi, the 1st March, 2022 NOTIFICATION (Sindh Sales Tax on. Services) No. SRB-3-4/07/2022----- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011 (Sindh Act No. XII of 2011), read with sections 3 5 and 36 thereof, the Board is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. SRB-3-4/23/2021 dated 13th July, 2021, namely;- In the aforesaid notification, in the Table, (1) against S. No. 6. in column (1), for the words “Mr. Hamad Ali Jagirani” in column (2) relating thereto, the words “Mr. Allah Rakhio Jogi” shall be substituted; (2) against S. No. 7. in column (1), for the words “Mr. Muhammad Saleem” in column (2) relating thereto, the words “Mr. Waqar Umar Memoir’ shall be substituted; (3) against S. No. 8. in column (1), for the words “Mr. Raheel Anwar Soomro” in column (2) relating thereto, the words “Ms. Nida Noor” shall be substituted, and for the word and figures “UNIT-3” in column (4), the words and figures “UNIT-3 and UNIT-3A” shall be substituted; (4) against S. No. 9. in column (1), for the words “Mr. Sanjay Kumar” in column (2) relating thereto, the words “Mr. Junaiu Hyder Sahito” shall be substituted; (5) against S. No. 10. in column (1), for the words “Mr. Naeemullah Bhutto” in column (2) relating thereto, the words “Mr. Muhammad All Biddiqui” shall be substituted; (6) against S. No. 11. in column (1), for the word and figures “UNiT-3” in column (4), the words and figures “UNIT-3A” shall be substituted; (7) against S.
