Transfer the jurisdictions RTO, Karachi, to the LTU, Karachi S.R.O. 93(I)/2011, dated 08-02-2011:- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) of section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001(hereinafter read as Ordinance )sub-section(1) of section 30 and section 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, sub-section(1) of section 29 of the Federal* Excise Act. 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is please-to make further modifications in the Boards Notifications C No.18(3)/$- DOS/2010-171370-R dated 22nd December, 2010 read with Notification C.
