I AND II TO EXERCISE POWERS IN THE MATTER OF CONDONATION OF TIME-LIMIT, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS Notification No S.R.B. 3-4/8/2011, dated 4th October, 2011:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Sind Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011(Sind Act No, XII of 201 1), the Sind Revenue Board, is pleased to authorize Com1nissioners of S.R.B. I and II to exercise powers in the matter of condo nation of time-limit prescribed under the Act, or the rules made there under, subject to the conditions and limitations, namely:- i.
