SROS: S.R.O. 268(I)/2010, dated 23-4-2010 AMENDMENTS IN NOTIFICATION NO. S.R.O. 967( 1 )/2007 DATED THE 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2007. S.R.O. 268(l)/2010. dated 23-4-2010:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), and sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 967( 1 )/2007 dated the 20th September, 2007, namely: In the-aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule,(1) against S.No.4 in column(1), in column(3),- (a) after the word warehousing, the words including the licensing of public and private warehouses shall be inserted;-and (b) the words public. and private warehouses shall be omitted; (2) against S.
