SROS: S.R.O. 502(I)2009, dated 13th June, 2009 FORMATION OF DIRECTORATE OF POST CLEARANCE AUDIT (NORTH), LAHORE AND THEIR AREA OF TERRITORIAL AND FUNCTIONAL JURISDICTION, AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS Notification No. S.R.O. 502(I)/2009, dated 13th June, 2009.-ln exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3DD and 3E of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and sections 30DD and 30E of Sales Tax Act, 1990 and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1075(I)/2008, dated the 18th October, 2008, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to notify the formation of the Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (North), Lahore and appoint,- (a) the officers specified in column (2) of the table below to be the Director of the Post Clearance Audit (North), Lahore for the areas and functions specified in corresponding column (3) thereof; and (b) the Additional Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, Principal Appraisers, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Appraisers, Valuation Officers, Auditors and Deputy Superintendents, to be the respective officers of Customs of those areas.
