SROS: S.R.O. 907(I)/2008, dated 29th August, 2008 RECONSTITUTION OF THE APPELLATE BENCHES BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Notification No. S.R.O. 907(I)/2008, dated 29th August, 2008:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997, and in super-session of its Notification No. S.R,O. 131(I)/2008, dated 7th February, 2008, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan(the Commission) is pleased to reconstitute the Appellate Benches, as under:- 1.
