SROS: S.R.O. 355(I)/2007, Islamabad, the 28th April, 2007 ZERO RATING OF SALESTAX ELECTRICIY AND GAS BILL S.R.O. 355(I)/2007, Islamabad, the 28th April, 2007:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.536(I)/2006, dated the 5 th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) against Sr. No. 95 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure 51100009303 the figure 51100015711 shall be substituted; (b) against Sr. No.154 in column (1), in column (2), the word Textile shall be omitted; (c) against Sr.No.154 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure 0407511100128 the figure 0400590000146 shall be substituted and in column(4), after the figure 11100000090 the figure 11100001543 shall be added; (d) against Sr. No. 163 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 31100000058 the figure 31100010899 shall be added; (e) against Sr. No.165 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure 71900000520 the figure 71100009974 shall be added; (f) against Sr. No.214 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure 11104002797 the figure 18100000228 shall be added; (g) Against Sr. No.240 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 69103000913 the figure 41100028776 shall be added; (h) Against Sr. No.359 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 31100009873 the figure 31100010985 shall be added; (i) against Sr.No.507 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure 11100001361 the figure 11100001565 shall be added; (j) against Sr. No.744 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure 41100027803 the figure 41100030472 shall be added; and (k) after serial number 747 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- 748 Ahmed Fine 0408520200119 11100001509 749 ACR Knitwear 0304621700664 41100030115 41100028732 750 Alam Cotton Mills 1712520502982 41100030320 751 Al-Haq Exports (Pvt) Ltd. 0890999939773 31100010800 752 Al-Nadir Industries 0302520901691 40202416700 753…
