SROS: S.R.O. 29(I)/2007, Islamabad, the 10th January, 2007 CBR IS PLEASED TO APPOINT THE DIRECTOR-GENERALS, COLLECTORS ETC, TO BE THE OFFICERS OF SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE FOR THE OFFICES SPECIFIED IN COLUMN(2) OF THE TABLE BELOW S.R.O. 29(I)/2007, Islamabad, the 10th January, 2007:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the Director-Generals, Collectors, Additional Collectors, Cost ccountants, Deputy Collectors, Assistant Collectors, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Deputy Superintendents, Auditors and Inspectors of Sales Tax and Federal Excise, to be the officers of Sales Tax and Federal Excise for the offices specified in column(2) of the Table below in respect of the areas specified in column(3) of the said Table, to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on such officers under aforesaid Acts and the rules made there-under.
