SROS: S.R.O. 429(I)/2006, dated 8th May, 2006 S.R.O. 429(I)/2006, dated 8th May, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), read with sub-section(1) of section 78 thereof, and in super-session of its Notification No. S.R.O. 497(I)/2005, dated the 26th May, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to- (a) declare that the provisions of the aforesaid section shall apply to M/s. Pak. Shaheen Containers Services(Pvt.) Limited, Karachi, and (b) authorize to take into their custody immediately after discharging from the vessels berthed at the whares of Karachi Port, containerized cargo for the purpose of loading and unloading the same at their Container Terminal at Plots No.23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 admeasuring 12033 sq.…
