SROS: S.R.O. 415(I)/2006, Islamabad, the 6th May, 2006 IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED BY CLAUSE(C) OF SECTION 4 OF THE SALES TAX ACT, 1990, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS PLEASED TO DIRECT THAT THE FOLLOWING FURTHER AMENDMENTS SHALL BE MADE IN ITS NOTIFIC S.R.O.415(I)/2006, Islamabad, the 6th May, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 931(I)/2005, dated the 10th September, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table.- (a) against serial number(2), in column(1), in column(2), for the figure 0902845000173 the number 0902845000473 shall be substituted and in column(4), the figures 21221500394002U 21221500395001U and 2422150011009U shall be omitted; and (b) after serial number 70 in column(1) and the entries relating thereto in column(2),(3) and(4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- 71 Kashif Spinning Mills 0902550500337 24211500005009U 24211100192314U 72 A.L.M.
