SROS: S.R.O. 414(I)/2006, Islamabad, the 5th May, 2006 IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED BY CLAUSE(C) OF SECTION 4 OF THE SALES TAX ACT, 1990, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS PLEASED TO DIRECT THAT THE FOLLOWING FURTHER AMENDMENTS SHALL BE MADE IN ITS NOTIFI S.R.O. 414(I)/2006, Islamabad, the 5th May, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.930(I)/2005, dated the 10th September, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) against serial number 22 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 27511214543015 the figure 27511214483008U shall be added; (b) against serial number 55 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 27571113469025U the figure 27571206375002U shall be added; (c) serial number 57 in column(1) and the entries relating thereto in columns(2),(3) and(4) shall be omitted; (d) serial number 62 in column(1) and the entries relating thereto in columns(2),(3) and(4) shall be omitted; (e) against serial number 75 in column(1), in column(3), for the figure 0406520200546 the figure 0402520200337 shall be substituted; and (f) after serial number 78 in column(1) and the entries relating thereto in columns(2),(3) and(4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- 79 Aftab Traders 0407520872273 27512315873019R 80 Asiatex Corporation 0490999903328 51150419401U 81 A.K.Enterprises 0408520807591 27561200027009U 82 A.K.Tex…
