SROS: S.R.O. 403(I)/2006, dated 29th April, 2006 EXEMPTION FROM CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAX ON IMPORT OF MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT, OPERATED BY POWER, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS Notification No. S.R.O. 403(I)/2006, dated 29th April, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), and sub-section(2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:-- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.
