SERENDIP PRODUCTIONS, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS Notification No. S.R.O. 14(1)/2006, dated 6th January, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of sub-section(2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to exempt, as a special case, the show related equipment imported vide bill of lading No. YMLUZ305010470, dated the 10th October, 2005, and Invoice No. BT00513, dated the 10th October, 2005, by M/s.
