S.R.O.1040(I)/2005, DATED THE 14TH OCTOBER, 2005 S.R.O. 07(I)/2006, Islamabad, the 5th January, 2006:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.1040(I)/2005, dated the 14th October, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, (1) serial number 77 and 313 in column(1) and the entries relating thereto in columns(2),(3) and(4) shall be omitted; (2) against Sr. No. 23 in column(1), in column(4), the figure 31100006937 shall be omitted; (3) against Sr. No. 73 in column(1), in column(4), for the figure 41111119604 the figure 41100019604 shall be substituted; (4) against Sr. No. 74 in column(1), in column(3), for the figure 0308520202264 the figure 0308520202364 shall be substituted; (5) against Sr. No. 76 in column(1), in column(4), after the figure 31100007792 the figures 31100009301 and 31100009420 shall be added; (6) against Sr. No. 78 in column(1), in column(4), for the figures 40103025858 and 40197022851 the figures 41100022864 and 41100025852 shall respectively be substituted; (7) against Sr. No. 101 in column(1), in column(4), for the figure 42100000866 the figure 42100000836 shall be substituted; (8) against Sr. No. 108 in column(1), in column(4), for the figure 4100025647 the figure 41100025647 shall be substituted; (9) against Sr. No. 109 in column(1),- (i) in column(3), for the figure 0301520202346 the figure 0301520201346 shall be substituted; and (ii) in column(4), for the figure 41110026338 the figure 41100026338 shall be substituted; (10) against Sr. No. 148 in column(1),- (i) in column(4), for the figure 83100000025 the figure 83100000026 shall be substituted; and (ii) in column(4), the figure 71200054603 shall be added; (11) against Sr. No. 151 in column(1), in column(4), for the figure 41100023999 the figure 41100023997 shall be substituted; (12) against Sr. No. 152 in column(1), in column(4), for the figure 40187018801 the figure 41100018805 shall be substituted; (13)…
