SROS: S.R.O. 1237(I)/2005, dated 14th December , 2005 EXEMPTION FROM SALES TAX ON IMPORT AND SUPPLY OF THE INGREDIENTS OF POULTRY AND CATTLE FEED Notification No. S.R.O. 1237(I)/2005, dated 14th December , 2005:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(a) of sub-section(2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notifications S.R.O. 1007(I)2005, dated the 26th September, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in the preamble, for the word Table, occurring twice, the word Tables shall be substituted; (b) in the Table, for the heading TABLE the heading TABLE-I shall be substituted; and (c) after Table-I, amended as aforesaid, the following new Table shall be added, namely:- TABLE-II S.
