SROS: S.R.O. 821(I)/2003, dated 21st August, 2003 RECONSTITUTION OF THE APPELLATE BENCHES BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Notification No. S.R.O. 821(I)/2003, dated 21st August, 2003:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 and in super-session of its Notification No. S.R.O. 724(l)/2003, dated 23rd July, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan(the Commission), has been pleased to reconstitute the following three Appellate Benches, namely:-- I. Appellate Bench No. 1.--Comprising Commissioner(Enforcement) and Commissioner(Insurance) to hear appeals against orders of the Commissioner(Securities) and Commissioner(Company Law). 2.
