SROS: S.R.O. 724(I)/2003, dated 23rd June, 2003 RECONSTITUTION OF THE APPELLATE BENCHES BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Notification No. S.R.O. 724(I)/2003, dated 23rd June, 2003:- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 and in super-session of its Notification No. S.R.O. 433(I)/2003, dated 20th May, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has been pleased to reconstitute the following three Appellate Benches, namely:- 1. Appellate Bench No. 1.-Comprising Chairman and Commissioner(Enforcement) to hear appeals against orders of the Commissioner(Securities) and Commissioner(Specialized Companies). 2. Appellate Bench No. 2.--Comprising Chairman and Commissioner(Securities) to hear appeals against orders of Commissioner(Insurance) and Commissioner(Company Law). 3.
