SROS: S.R.O. 587(I)/2002, dated 3rd September, 2002 Reconstitution of three Appellate Benches Notification No. S.R.O. 587(I)/2002, dated 3rd September, 2002.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 and in supe-rsession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 719(l)/2001, dated 22nd October, 2001, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, has been pleased to reconstitute the following three Appellate Benches, namely: 1. Appellate Bench No. 1.--Comprising Commissioner(Enforcement) and Commissioner(Insurance) to hear appeals against orders of the Commissioner(Securities). 2.
