SROS: S.R.O. 394(I)/2002, dated 19-6-2002 Amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O, 377(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002 Published in the Gazette of Pakistan, Islamabad, Extra-ordinary, page 2531(11), dated 19-9-2002.] S.R.O. 394(I)/2002, dated 19-6-2002 - In exercise of the Powers conferred by section 179 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), read with section 3 thereof, section 45 of the Sales Tax, 1990, read with section 30 thereof, and section 33 of the Central Excises Act, 1944(I of 1944), and rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O, 377(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, (a) In the preamble, (i) after the word areas the words and commas or, as the case may be, the registered persons, shall be inserted; and (ii) after the words the Collect orates, the words, or as the case may be, the Large Taxpayers Unit, shall be inserted; and (b) in the Table, in column No. (1) - (i) against serial No. 3 in column No. (3), the following new entry shall be added; namely:- (ii) Large Taxpayers Unit.;(ii) against serial No. 5 in column 3,- in entry(i) after the- words Customs, the…
