No. 421(I)/2001, Islamabad, the 27th September, 2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944(I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 454(I)/96 dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column(1) (a) after heading number 2710.0082 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely:- 2710.0083 In bulk (vessels, bouzers lorries, etc) Seven rupees and fifteen paisa per litre.;and (b) after heading number 2710.0092 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and…
