SROS: S.R.O. 526(I)/2000, dated 27th July, 2000 S.R.O. 526(I)/2000, dated 27th July, 2000:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(a) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), and in supersession of all previous Notifications on the subject, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to specify the following to be the limits of the Customs-port of Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, namely:-- (a) to the east- a straight line drawn to South from the eastern and of the Railway bridge on Ghaghar nala upto the coastline of the main land in the north of Gharo Creek east of Ziarat Hassan Shah Island; (b) to the west- a straight line drawn from the high watermark on the extreme west coastline of Duddoo Island to the high watermark on the extreme west coastline of Bundal Island then from there to the north up to the high watermark on the coastline of Korangi in the Girzi Creek; (c) to the north- from…
