SROS: S.R.O. 1355(I)/98, Islamabad, the 2nd December, 1998 AMENDMENTS INCOME TAX RULE, 1982 PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED AS REQUIRED BY SUB-SECTION(4) OF SAID SECTION GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE S.R.O. 1355(I)/98, Islamabad, the 2nd December, 1998:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(i) of section 165 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979(XXX of 1979), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Income Tax Rule, 1982 the same having been previously published as required by sub-section(4) of the said section, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules,-- (1) in rule 57, after the word statement, the commas, words and figure required section 141, shall be inserted; (2) in rule 58, after the word statement, the commas, words and figure , required under section 142,shall be inserted; (3) in rule 58, after the word statement, the commas, words and figure, required under section…
