(I)/96, Islamabad, dated 1st July, 1996 S.R.O. -(I)/96, Islamabad, dated 1st July, 1996:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of section 14 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979(XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely: In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part III, in clause(14), for the words, brackets, figure and letters shall be reduced by two thirds of the amount representing the difference between the tax on the said income computed on the basis of valuation of perquisites under sub-rule(1A) and the valuation of perquisites computed under sub-rule(1) of the aforesaid…
