SROS: S.R.O. 178(I)86, Islamabad, the 23rd February, 1986 provisions of the Companies Ordinance, 1984(XLVII of 1984) S.R.O. 178(I)86, Islamabad, the 23rd February, 1986:- WHEREAS a difficulty has arisen in giving effect to the provisions of sections 195 and 196 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984(XLVII of 1984); Now, THEREFORE in exercise of the powers conferred by section 514 of the aforesaid Ordinance, read with the Finance Division Notification No, S.R. O. 535(85), dated the 30th May, 1985, the Corporate Law Authority is pleased to direct that the provisions of the said Ordinance shall have effect as if,- (i) for the purpose of clause(a) of sub-section(2) of section 195, the words banking company had the same meaning as in the Banking Tribunals Ordinance, 1984(LVHI of 1984);…
