SLD No. S.R.O. 502(I)/73, dated 6th April, 1973 SROS: S.R.O. 502(I)/73, dated 6th April, 1973 Repayment of the Customs duties S.R.O. 502(I)/73, dated 6th April, 1973:- In other powers conferred by clause(c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to authorise repayment of so much of the Customs duties as is in excess of ;[31% ad valorem] on bolster unit falling under heading No. 84. 38 of the First Schedule to the [Tariff Act. 1934(XXXII of 1934),] imported by a recognised manufacturer of Textile Spindles, if the manufacturer who has imported the bolster unit has made a declaration on the bill of entry at the time of clearance from Customs that the bolster units will not be used for any purpose other than the manufacture of Textile Spindles. Repayment of the Customs-duties shall be made after the imported bolster units have been used for the manufacture of Textile Spindles and the application therefor is made to the Collector of Customs of the place of importation together with a certificate in the following form from the Director of Industries of the Provincial Government concerned or an officer duly authorised by…
