SROS: S.R.O. 320(I)/73, dated 8th March, 1973 Rule for the checking of import and export cargo passing out of or entering into the gates at the port of Karachi S.R.O. 320(I)/73, dated 8th March, 1973:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), and in supersession of the Commissioner in Sinds Notification No. 274, dated 26th April, 1901, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following rules for the checking of import and export cargo passing out of or entering into the gates at the port of Karachi:- 1. All import cargo to be removed in carts or trucks from Juna Bunder, F.ast or West Wharf or Napier Mole Boat Wharf and all export cargo brought in carts or trucks for export from these Wharves…
