EXEMPTION FROM CENTRAL EXCISE DUTY ON CIGARETTES PRODUCED OR MANUFACTURED LOCALLY 

Notification No. S.R.O. 594(I)/2005, dated 7th June, 2005.-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, I944 (I of 1944), read with sub-section (2) of section 4 thereof, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 333(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, Table-I, against Heading No. 24.01 in column (1), against Heading Number 24.02, in column (2), for clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:--
