Pak-China Friendship Hospital Gwadar (Grant in-Aid project) BALOCHISTAN REVENUE AUTHORITY GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN Dated: Quetta, January 27, 2021 NOTIFICATION (Baluchistan Sales Tax on Services) No. BRA/BSTS/16/2020-21. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services Act. 2015 (Act No. VI of 2015). the Balochistan Revenue Authority, with the approval of the Government, is pleased to exempt Pak-China Friendship Hospital Gwadar (Grant in-Aid project) from the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services (BSTS) with immediate effect for the following tariff headings exempted through Balochistan Finance Act, 2020 subject to fulfilment of BRA legal formalities.
