S.R.O. 130(I)/83, dated 12th February, 1983:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), read with item 23 of the Third Schedule to the said Act, and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1693(K)/60, dated the 30th November, 1960, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following rules for the carriage of goods and currency by passengers travelling by sea between the ports situated in the provinces of Sind and Baluchistan, namely:-- 1. Every passenger shall declare to an officer of Customs of thi: port of embarkation details of all goods and currency carried by him in the form appended lo these rules, in triplicate. 2. One copy of the form duly signed by an officer of Customs at the port of embarkation shall be carried by(he passenger with him and delivered to an officer of Customs at the port of disembarkation.
