SROS: S.R.O. 495(I)/97, dated 11th July, 1997 S.R.O. 495(I)/97, dated 11th July, 1997:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that regulatory duty in addition to duty specified against headings/sub-headings in the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), shall be exempt on the import of goods specified in column(2) of the Table below against the headings/subheadings specified in the column(3) of the said table, to the extent specified in the column(4) of the said table, for the manufacturers specified in column(S) thereof subject to the conditions laid down under the Table-I of Notification No. S.R.O. 444(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996 under the caption conditions with reference to Table-I.
