SROS: S.R.O. 1287(I)/99, dated 16th November, 1999 S.R.O. 1287(I)/99, dated 16th November, 1999:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 185 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), and in super-session of its Notification S. R. O. No. 77(I)/99, dated the 9th February, 1999, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint the District and Sessions Judge, specified in column(2) of the table below, to be the Special Judges, for the Province of Baluchistan with their headquarters specified in column(3) of that Table to exercise the jurisdiction under said Act within the territorial limits specified in column(4) thereof.
