SROS: S.R.O. 412(I)/2008, dated 30th April, 2008 S.R.O. 412(I)/2008, dated 30th April, 2008:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the cooling towers, heat recovery steam*generators and feed water pumps if imported by the New IndependentPower, Producers(IPPs), as specified below, shall be exempt from so much of the customs-duty as is in excess of 5% ad valorem leviable under the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969);-- M/s.
