LEVY OF ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS-DUTY ON IMPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS OF AUTO SECTOR S.R.O. 576(I)/2012, dated 1st June, 2012:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 693(l)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006, name1y:-- In the aforesaid Notification," (1) in Appendix-I," (a) for PCT heading 8409.9111 in column(1), the PCT heading 8409.91 10 shall be substituted; (b) after PCT heading 8511.3010 in column(1), the following PCT heading and entries relating thereto in column(2) shall be inserted, namely:-- 8511.8040 --- Capacitor for ignition discharge for vehicles of heading 87.1 1; (c) PCT heading 8532.3010 in column(1) and corresponding entries relating thereto in column(2) shall be omitted; (d) against PCT heading 87081010 in column(1), in column(2), for the existing description the following description shall be substituted, namely:-- --- Road wheels(excluding casted), rims, Discs, caps, ornaments and weights for motor…
