REPAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES ON EXPORT OF MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCTS S.R.O. 581(I)/2012, dated 1st June, 2012:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 212(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:-- In the aforesaid Notification," (i) in Schedule IX against serial No. 2 in column(2), in column(3), for the figure 8523.9000 the figure 8523.4110 shall be substituted; (ii) in Schedule XIV, against serial No. 4 in column(2), in column(3), for the figure 9608.3900 shall be substituted; (iii) in Schedule XXVI,- (a) against serial No. 1 in column(2), in column(3), the figure 3208.1020 shall be omitted; and (b) against serial No. 5 in column(2), for H.S.
