Amendments inNotification No. S.R.O. 901(I)/2023, dated the 7th day of July, 2023 GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN REVENUE DIVISION FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) Islamabad, the 7th November, 2023 S.R.O. 1521(I)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969). the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 901(I)/2023, dated the 7th day of July, 2023, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for conditions (i) and (ii), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) for smuggled goods, other than notified essential commodities, the functions shall be performed within fifty kilometers of the International borders and at Inter-Provincial Joint Cheek Posts (lPJCPs) and Joint Check Posts (JCPs) as notified by the Ministry of Interior vide Notification F.
