POS is a key initiative with assigned targets in terms of integrations and increase in tax revenue. Therefore, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for integration and enforcement of POS related provisions of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and Sales Tax Rules, 2006 are hereby communicated for compliance.
