Penal Code (XLV of 1860)----S. 302---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)---Jail petition---Compromise---Parties had entered into a compromise outside the court---To verify the authenticity of the compromise, matter was referred to the Sessions Judge, who, by submitting reports had confirmed that compromise was genuine which had been duly executed and the amount of Diyat had also been paid to the legal heirs of deceased---In view of reports of the Sessions Judge, parties having compromised the matter according to law, permission was accorded to compound the offence---All three convicts, were ordered to be released from custody forthwith, if not wanted in any other ease.
